At I LUV Designer, we understand that when you like a dress, you want to get your hands on it immediately. That is why we only advertise the fashion clothes that we already have at our warehouse. Our full stock is kept at our warehouse in Bradford and thats where we post the dresses from.

All orders for next day delivery are sent the same day (Working Day), if ordered before 1 PM. If the order is received after 1 PM the order is posted through RoyalMail the next working day. Delivery over £100 orders is free within UK. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for standard delivery. Delivery for orders under £100 order are charged at £5 flat within UK.

As soon as the shipment is sent, we email you the tracking details.

We deliver worldwide and processing time is 1 working day. As soon as the shipment is sent, we email you the tracking details. Please add the item(s) to your card and use the shipping estimation tool to calculate how much would it cost to ship to your location. We always retain proof of postage and it is emailed to you within 1 working day of the order being posted.

Returns:

We have simplified our returns policy to make it more understandable. We have also removed and added some of the options.

Online Orders Returns Period:

We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. If it has been more than 14 days then unfortunately the item(s) cannot be returned.

Return resolution:

• Refund: We offer a full refund back to the original payment method of the price of the item(s) returned if returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition and with all the tags attached. Refund takes up to 14 days after the item is received. Postage is non-refundable. If an item(s) was paid using a credit note then it will be refunded back to the credit note.
• Credit Note: You can also select to take a credit note which takes 2 to 3 days after the item is received. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition and with all the tags attached.

Return Postage:

Buyer needs to pay for the returns cost.

Unfortunately we no longer offer an exchange. You can return the item and place a fresh order for your exchange.

Washing Instructions:

Due to ever evolving of the fabric composition and the detergents in the market, we do not recommend washing up the dresses and only recommend to dry clean them. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any liability for any sort of damage due to the dress(es) being washed.
