We have simplified our returns policy to make it more understandable. We have also removed and added some of the options.
Online Orders Returns Period:
We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. If it has been more than 14 days then unfortunately the item(s) cannot be returned. Returns period for store collection order begins on the day your order is ready for collection. Online orders must be returned by post ONLY
- Refund: We offer a full refund back to the original payment method of the price of the item(s) returned if returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition and with all the tags attached. Refund takes up to 14 days after the item is received. Postage is non-refundable. If an item(s) was paid using a credit note then it will be refunded back to the credit note.
- Credit Note: You can also select to take a credit note which takes 2 to 3 days after the item is received. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition and with all the tags attached.
Buyer is responsible for the delivery/returns cost. If you were given free delivery because the order was over £100 and your order becomes below £100 after your return then the standard delivery cost of £5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the goods delivered to you.

Exchange for Online Orders:
Unfortunately we no longer offer an exchange. You can return the item and place a fresh order for your exchange.
Due to ever evolving of the fabric composition and the detergents in the market, we do not recommend washing up the dresses and only recommend to dry clean them. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any liability for any sort of damage due to the dress(es) being washed.
