All of the images used on the website are provided by the original designer. We sell art work and embroidered designer clothes and there is a margin of 10% of variation in the designs. This comes directly through the designer and we have no control over it. By placing an order on our website you agree to the margin of 10% of the possible variation in the pictures and the garments received. On Eid and other occasions, due to having a limited stock, all sales processed are final and we do not accept returns. This is due to the fact that after the sale of the item, its removed form our website and its not available for the festival season for which it was originally purchased. As we are not able to resell the dresses after the occasion, we are not able to accept the returns. For the items with a defect, we accept returns, however please note that items must be in an unused condition and contain all the original tags and packaging (if any). Unfortunately due to their delicate nature we cannot offer returns on any used cloths or dresses. All returns for whatever reason are only accepted within 14 days of sale only. No returns are accepted after 14 days.
Postage (Both ways) is paid by the buyer and its non refundable. If you are given a free delivery because your order was over the threshold of free delivery and you return some item(s) from that order, if the new total then is under the free delivery threshold then standard delivery will be charged to your account.
Sale dresses (reduced price dresses) are not acceptable to be returned. They cannot be exchanged as well. They are reduced either because of being end of season, some marks, some damage or colour difference from the pictures. Sale items are purchased with the understanding that these might be graded items and having these issues will NOT be classified as a fault.
All Made to measure orders or orders where we have made alterations are not eligible for exchange or return. This is because when a dress has been altered or made for your size, it would not fit for sale for someone else.
Please note that any of our stores are not able to do any refunds. Our stores are happy to accept the returns if provided with an RMA number but unfortunately they are not able to issue any refunds or give any receipts of the dresses left with them. They will accept the returned garments and forward them to online team for processing which takes anywhere between 5 to 15 days.
"Pre Order" and "Made on Order" Item(s):
All Pre order items are not accepted for return/exchange because these are selected for your size when you place the order. Hence these cannot be accepted back for a return/exchange or a credit note.
Made on order items are specifically made for yourself when you place the order. These orders are non returnable whatsoever. No Return/Exchange/ or credit note on made on order items is possible.
How lng does it take to process a return?
It takes anywhere between 5 to 14 working days after we have received the return. This is because they go to a different facility and then they are checked and then processed. On busier times, it may take even longer.

Damage in the post:
All items are checked before they are posted for the damages. We are not responsible for the damage in the post. If you want to insure your items, please select the next day delivery as then the items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and only this delivery accepts liability of damages.
Cancellation of your order will depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, shipment takes place within one business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a much earlier stage. If this is the case, please send us an order cancellation request. However, if your order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel it.
